Our mission was very clear! Siena slashed our ad spend, TV adverts, and store displays in order prioritize finding the highest quality materials at the best possible price. With us, you're paying for your mattress. And nothing else.

Your Siena will be shipped from one of our many distribution centers around the United States, via either FedEx or UPS Ground. Delivery normally takes between 2-5 business days from your order.

You can spot clean your cover with a damp cloth, mild detergent, or hand soap. For bigger or deeper stains, use an upholstery cleaner or cleaning device. Take care not to let any liquid reach your mattresses foam layers, as it can damage them and void your warranty.

Important: You should NEVER remove your mattress cover to wash it! This is will immediately void your warranty, and could provide ireperable damage to your mattress. If you're worried about spills or stains, we recommend a water-resistant mattress protector, which can be removed and laundered.

Incredibly easy! All you have to do is get in touch with one of our agents via chat, email or phone. We'll arrange for your mattress to be collected, and process your refund. Fun fact: all returned Siena mattresses are donated to charity, giving the gift of better sleep to someone who needs it.

Our warranty covers any faults or defects that may occur in your mattress (don't worry – they're rare!). If you mattress is sinking excessively, didn't expand to its full height, or has another manufacturing issue, our agents are here to help. Learn more about our 10-year warranty.
